Information you provide: When you submit a review, we collect your name and email address. Your email is immediately hashed using SHA-256 and never stored in plain text. We also collect optional payment proof screenshots to verify reviewer legitimacy.
Automatically collected: We collect IP addresses (hashed, never stored in plain text), browser type, referring URLs, and pages visited for security and rate limiting purposes.
Cookies: We use session cookies for admin authentication only. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To publish and display your affiliate network review
- To prevent spam and duplicate reviews via hashed email and IP verification
- To send you a confirmation email when your review is approved
- To track affiliate link clicks for analytics purposes
- To enforce rate limits and prevent abuse of our platform
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We share data only with the following service providers who process it on our behalf under strict data processing agreements:
- Supabase — database and file storage (EU/US)
- Vercel — website hosting and CDN
- SendGrid — transactional email delivery
- Algolia — search functionality (network names and descriptions only)
- Sentry — error monitoring (anonymized stack traces)
4. Data Retention
Reviews and associated hashed data are retained for as long as they are publicly displayed on the platform. You may request deletion of your review and associated data at any time by contacting us. We will process GDPR deletion requests within 30 days.

Under applicable data protection laws, you have the right to:
- Request access to the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")

NetworksInsights does not display advertisements or use advertising networks. We do not share data with advertisers. Our platform monetizes exclusively through direct B2B services to affiliate networks (sponsored listings, verified badges, enhanced profiles).

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
