3. User Reviews
When submitting a review, you agree that:
- Your review is based on your genuine personal experience with the affiliate network
- All information provided is accurate and truthful to the best of your knowledge
- You are not employed by, affiliated with, or financially incentivized by the network you are reviewing
- Your review does not contain defamatory, false, misleading, or illegal content
- You grant NetworksInsights a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to publish and display your review
We reserve the right to moderate, edit, or remove any review that violates these terms or our community standards.
4. Affiliate Links & Commissions
NetworksInsights may earn commissions when you join affiliate networks through links on our platform. This does not influence review scores or editorial content. Sponsored listings and verified badges are clearly marked. Our monetization model is transparent: networks pay for visibility, not for positive reviews.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent reviews
- Attempt to manipulate network ratings through fake or incentivized reviews
- Use automated tools or bots to interact with the platform
- Attempt to access, scrape, or copy our database without authorization
- Interfere with the security or integrity of the platform
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
6. Intellectual Property
All content on NetworksInsights, including but not limited to text, design, code, and compiled data, is owned by NetworksInsights or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
7. Disclaimers
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. NetworksInsights does not warrant that:
- Information about affiliate networks is always current or accurate
- The platform will be uninterrupted or error-free
- Any affiliate network listed on the platform will meet your expectations

8. Limitation of Liability
